OMT BOARD 2024

2-3 March, 2024 – UKM argUMent carried out Organizational Management Training (OMT) for New Board. This activity took place for two days offline with an agenda of delivering material related to Leadership, Ke-argUMent-an, and Self Management guided by a moderator and coupled with an agenda of FGD (Focus Group Discussion), overnight, and fun games.

The purpose of the Organization Management Training for New Board is to provide training on organization (Ke-argUMent-an) to the board as a provision in carrying out the mandate and building bonds and chemistry between fellow UKM argUMent 2024 board members, especially with their fellow partners.
